វិវាទអ្នកលក់-អ្នកទិញ គឺជាវិវាទនៃការលក់ (ទំនិញ សេវា ចលនវត្ថុ និងអចលនវត្តុ) ដែលអាចជាការលក់ធម្មតា ឬការលក់ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ។ វិវាទប្រភេទនេះកើតឡើងដោយសារការមិនបំពេញកាតព្វកិច្ច និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវលើគុណភាព បរិមាណ ភាពជាម្ចាស់ ឬការមិនអនុវត្តតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌផ្សេងទៀតនៃការព្រមព្រៀងរបស់ពួកគេក្នុងការលក់-ទិញនោះ ។

Seller-Buyer Disputes are a sale dispute (goods, services, movable and immovable properties), which has whether a civil sale or commercial sale.
