ជាដំបូង អតិថិជនត្រូវដាក់ពាក្យសុំ សេវាកម្មនិងការប៉ាន់ប្រមាណពីតម្លៃចំណាយសំរាប់រឿងក្តីរបស់គេ។ ពាក្យសុំនេះអតិថិជនអាចរៀបចំដោយខ្លួនឯង ឬបំពេញតាមគំរូរបស់អូវីធី ច្បាប់ ហេីយត្រូវបង់ប្រាក់ចំនួន (US$ 250) ។ ប្រាក់ពាក្យសុំនេះ មិនអាចដកយកទៅវិញទេ ទោះបីអតិថិជនមិនបានប្រើសេវាកម្មនាពេលក្រោយក៏ដោយ ។ បន្ទាប់មកប្រធានប្រតិបត្តិ នៃអូវីធី ច្បាប់ នឹងពិនិត្យពាក្យសុំ កំណត់ពីប្រភេទសេវាកម្ម និងប៉ាន់ប្រមាណនូវតម្លៃសំរាប់ប្រតិបត្តិការងារ ។ ជាចុងក្រោយ ក្នុងករណីអតិថិជន យល់ព្រមជាមួយតម្លៃប៉ាន់ប្រមាណ និងប្រភេទសេវាកម្មដែលបានកំណត់នោះ អតិថិជនត្រូវបង់ប្រាក់/កក់ប្រាក់ ។

របៀបនៃការបង់ប្រាក់/កក់ប្រាក់អាច៖

1. បង់ផ្ទាល់នៅកន្លែង អូវីធី ច្បាប់ ឬ
2. បញ្ចូលទៅក្នុងគណនីធនាគារណាមួយដូចមានបញ្ជាក់នៅលើទំព័រដើម។

របៀបចំណាយសេវាកម្មរបស់អតិថិជនមាន២យ៉ាងគឺ៖

• ចំណាយជាកញ្ចប់តាមការគណនាដូចតារាងខាងក្រោម

• ឬការចំណាយគិតជាប្រាក់ម៉ោងការងារ ដោយរួមមានការចំណាយផ្សេងៗជាមួយរួចហើយ លើកលែងតែការចំណាយបេសកកម្មដែលអតិថិជននៅតែបង់ ប្រសិនបើមាន ។ ប្រាក់ម៉ោងៈ US$ 250 ក្នុង១ម៉ោង ។

សំរាប់ការតែងតាំងមជ្ឈត្តករ ឬសន្ធានការី ឬមេធាវីម្នាក់ តម្លៃ US$ 300 (ប្រាក់តែងតាំងមិនអាចដកយកទៅវិញទេ) ។

ការស្នេីសុំឲ្យបំរេីការងារខុសពីម៉ោងធម្មតា ឬ នៅថ្ងៃឈប់សំរាក ដូចជាថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ថ្ងៃអាទិត្យឬថ្ងៃបុណ្យនានា អតិថិជនត្រូវបង់ប្រាក់$៥០០/១ថ្ងៃ (ប្រាក់បង់មិនអាចដកយកទៅវិញទេ) ៕

Firstly, a client shall offer an application, evaluation and estimation of any expenses for processing his/her case. The application may be prepared by himself/herself or be filled out the form of OVT Law and must be paid US$ 250 (Two Hundred and Fifty). This fee is a non-refundable even though unused the services later. After that a CEO of the OVT Law will check, ask, evaluate and determine appropriating services and costs of expenses for proceeding the case. Lastly, in case, the applicant agrees with the services and estimated costs, he/she is required to pay/deposit:

• At a location of Head Offices of OVT Law or
• By inserting into a bank accounts mentioned on the Home page.

For the service fee payment, there are two ways below:

1. With a lump sum, the applicant shall see above table and method for the fee calculation.
2. For an hour payment, the services will be counted US$ 250 per hour. This fee has been included the administrative costs.

The nomination of an Arbitrator or Mediator or Attorney will be required to pay US$ 300 for a time. (This fee is non-refundable).

For offering to do on an overtime or the weekend days or holiday, client is required to pay as $500/day (Non-refundable).
