មហាសន្និបាតប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី២៤ របស់គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី ១៦-តុលា-២០១៩ នាសណ្ធាគាររ៉េស៊ីដង់ សុខា ភ្នំពេញ ហើយមានរបៀបវារៈដូចខាងក្រោម The 24th Annual General Assembly of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia was conducted on October 16th, 2019 at Phnom Penh Sokha Resident Hotel and had an Agenda as follow ៖

បន្ទាប់ពីពិនិត្យលើចំនួនកូរ៉ុមសមាជិកមេធាវីមានលក្ខណៈគ្រប់គ្រាន់ ទៅតាមច្បា់ប់កំណត់រួចមក លោកប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីក៏បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់គណៈអធិបតីរួមមានតំណាងឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គព្រះរាជអាជ្ញានៃស្ថាប័័នមហាអយ្យការអមសាលាឧទ្ធរណ៍រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ឯកឧត្តមប្រធានសាលាឧទ្ធរណ៍រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវី និងសមាជិកមេធាវីដែលមានវត្តមានទាំងអស់ ហើយបានប្រកាសបើកមហាសន្និបាតលើកទី២៤ ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅតាមរបៀបវារៈដូចបានគ្រោងទុក ។ After checking a quorum of the meeting, the Bar President, Lawyer Soun Visal, would like to say thank you to a Secretary of Justice, a representative of the Justice Minister, H.E Ouk Savuth, General Prosecutor from the Appeal General Prosecution Office, H.E You Bunleng, President of the Appeal Court, the Bar Council and all members staying in a conference hall, and He hav opened the 24th General Assembly according to the agenda from now.

អនុវត្តតាមរបៀបវារៈ មហាសន្និបាតបានធ្វើការបែងចែកជា៥ក្រុមដើម្បីធ្វើការពិភាក្សាលើបញ្ហាធំៗដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការប្រកបវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី ក្រោមការដឹកនាំពីសហអ្នកជំនាញនៃប្រធានបទនីមួយៗ ដូចជា ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គព្រះរាជអាជ្ញាសាលាឧទ្ធរណ៍ដឹកនាំជាមួយក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវី លើប្រធានបទស្តីពីការប្រកបវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីក្នុងវិស័យព្រហ្មទណ្ឌ ។ ឆ្លងតាមការពិភាក្សា និងដំណើរការអស់រយៈពេល ០១ថ្ងៃ មហាសន្និបាតបានរកឃើញនូវចំនុចអវិជ្ជមាន និងវិជ្ជមានជាច្រើន ដែលជាលទ្ធផលនៃកិច្ចប្រឹងប្រែងកន្លងមក ហើយនឹងបន្តអនុវត្តដោះស្រាយរួមគ្នាក្នុងនាមគណៈមេធាវី និងជាមួយការចូលរួមរបស់ស្ថាប័នជំនាញផ្សេងៗទៀតដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធសំរាប់នាឆ្នាំខាងមុខ ៕ Implementing the meeting agenda, the participants were divided as 5 groups for discussing about the lawyer profession concerning to 5 subject areas leaded by a key leader of each subject, for example H.E. Uk Savuth, General Prosecutor, co-leading with the Bar Council for the Criminal subject. Based on the discussion and during a day of the meeting, the General Assembly had found that there were disadvantages and advantages in the profession. For disadvantages, the lawyer should amend and correct to do better in order to be unpenalted and make a strongly cooperate with the Bar and other appropriated institution to do the profession well in the future.
