លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ/មេធាវី អ៊ូច វុធ្ធី បានផ្តល់សេវាកម្មដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្នុងនាមជាសន្ធានការី ឬអ្នកសម្រុះសម្រួលវិាទអាជីព លើប្រភេទវិវាទមួយចំនួនរួមមាន៖ វិវាទកិច្ចសន្យា វិវាទដៃគូជំនួញ វិវាទសំណង់ វិវាទការទិញលក់ វិវាទមត៌ក វិវាទលែងលះ និងវិវាទដីធ្លី ។ ហើយនៅថ្ងៃទី ១១- មិថុនា-២០១៩ លោកក៏បានក្លាយជាសន្ធានការីអន្តរជាតិ របស់សមាគម អាគ័រដ្យាល់ នៃប្រទេសបារាំង តែសុំលាឈប់ពីសមាគមនោះវិញនៅថ្ងៃទី៣០-មេសា-២០២១ ។ លោក អ៊ូច វុធ្ធី បានទទួលការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញដោះស្រាយវិវាទទូទៅ និងវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្នុងកំរិតអន្តរជាតិ ព្រមទាំងច្បាប់កំរិតបរិញ្ញាប័ត្រ និងអនុបណ្ឌិត (ច្បាប់ប្រៀបធៀប & អន្តរជាតិ) ពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្រ្តនិងវិទ្យាសាស្រ្តសេដ្ឋកិច្ច-សាកលវិទ្យាល័យលុយមីញ៉ែលីយ៉ុងដឺប្រទេសបារាំង និងបណ្ឌិតសភាច្បាប់សហគ្រាសពាណិជ្ជកម្មពីធនាគារពិភពលោក-ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម កម្ពុជា ។ លើសពីនេះ លោក វុធ្ធី បានចូលរួមទទួលការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនៅក្រៅប្រទេសពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងច្បាប់ពាណិជ្ចកម្ម និងកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា និងការដោះស្រាយវិវាទជាច្រើន ដូចជា៖ ឥណ្ឌូនេស៊ី សឹង្ហបុរី វៀតណាម ថៃ ជប៉ុន និងអង្គការកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាផ្នែកសន្ធានកម្មនិងមជ្ឈត្តកម្ម ។ ក្រៅពីនេះ គាត់មានបទពិសោធន៍ការងារ ២៥ ឆ្នាំ គិតត្រឹមខែមិនា ២០២១ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងកិច្ចការទាំងនោះជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងក្រុមហ៊ុនឯកជនជាច្រើន ។

Mr Commercial Arbitrator/Lawyer OUCH Vutthy has provided a service of the professional mediator for helping to resolve a dispute and conflict issue such as Contract Disputes, Business Partner Disputes, Construction/Land Disputes, Heritage Disputes, Divorce Conflicts and Sale Disputes. Therefore, on date of June 11, 2019, he was appointed as an International Mediator for Cambodia from Akordial Association, France, http://www.akordial-asso.fr/membres/, but the date on April 30th, 2021, he resigned. Mr Ouch Vutthy was educated and trained with Commercial Dispute and Conflict Resolution skills in international standards and a Bachelor of Law and Master of International and Comparative Law from Royal University of Law and Economics-Université Lumière Lyon 2, French and an Academic Law of Commercial Enterprises from World Bank-Ministry of Commerce. Additionally, he was appointed to join outside Cambodia as a professional government Official debating on the legal and commercial dispute resolution at Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore and WIPO for Mediation&Arbitration. On the other hand, Mr Ouch Vutthy had work experiences for 25 years until March 2021 concerning to those tasks with the government and private companies.
