ក.វិជ្ជាជីវៈអាជីព៖ លោកមេធាវី អ៊ូច វុធ្ធី ជាសមាជិកមេធាវីពេញសិទ្ធិនៃគណៈមេធាវីកម្ពុជា ដែលកំពុងប្រកបវិជ្ជាជីវៈនេះជាមួយអត្តលេខ ១១៩៧ ។ លោកមេធាវី គឺជាស្ថាបនិក និងប្រធានប្រតិបត្តិ នៃការិយាល័យមេធាវី អូវីធី ឡាយអិន «អូវីធី ច្បាប់» ហើយក៏ជាអ្នកជំនាញការផ្សេងទៀតដែលរ៉ាប់រងក្នុងការផ្តល់សេវាកម្មរបស់ អូវីធី ច្បាប់ នេះទាំងមូលផងដែរ ។ ដោយសារក្រៅពីអាជីពមេធាវី លោក អ៊ូច វុធ្ធីក៏ជាមជ្ឈត្តករដែលបានចុះបញ្ជីដំបូងនៃកម្ពុជា នៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) ជាមួយអត្តលេខ ០១៣ តាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០១២ ផងដែរនោះ លោកក៏សម្រេចដើរតាមក្តីស្រមៃរបស់ខ្លួនក្នុងការកំណត់ទិសដៅស្នូលរបស់ អូវីធី ច្បាប់ ជាអ្នកដោះស្រាយវិវាទអាជីព។ «អូវីធី ច្បាប់-អ្នកដោះស្រាយវិវាទអាជីព» ដែលផ្តល់សេវាកម្មស្នូល ១)ចរចាដោះស្រាយវិវាទ ២)មេធាវីតំណាងដោយអាណត្តិនិងការពារក្តីនៅគ្រប់សាលាជម្រះក្តីនៃកម្ពុជា ៣)សន្ធានកម្មវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងរដ្ឋប្បវេណី និង៤)មជ្ឈត្តការពាណិជ្ជកម្ម នឹងធ្វើដំណើរជាអ្នកឯកទេសនិងវិជ្ជាជីវៈ របស់ខ្លួនលើប្រធានបទវិវាទមួយចំនួនដែលបានកំណត់ ជាមួយការតាំងចិត្តរហូតដល់ឆ្នាំ២០៦០ ។

ខ.ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ៖ លោកមេធាវី បានទទួលការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបច្ចេកទេសជាពិសេសផ្នែកច្បាប់ ច្បាប់ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ​ការដោះស្រាយវិវាទទូទៅ និងការដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ជាមួយអ្នកជំនាញការជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ តាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៩៣ ។

គ.បទពិសោធន៍ការងារ៖ លោកមេធាវី បានបំរើការងារជាមួយទាំងស្ថាប័នសាធារណៈ និងឯកជននានាតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៩៦ ហើយបានកាន់តំណែងជាច្រើនដូចជា ទីប្រឹក្សាច្បាប់ មន្ត្រីស្រាវជ្រាវច្បាប់ មន្ត្រីនីតិកម្មនិងវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្ម សាស្ត្រាចារ្យច្បាប់ វាគ្មិនច្បាប់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងការដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្ម អ្នកជំនាញការច្បាប់ សន្ធានការី មជ្ឈត្តករ គ្រូបង្គោល គណៈកម្មាធិការអប់រំនិងបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ទីប្រឹក្សាបណ្តុះបណ្តាល នាយកគ្រប់គ្រងសំណុំរឿងមជ្ឈត្តការ មេធាវីកម្មសិក្សា និងមេធាវីពេញសិទ្ធិនៅថ្ងៃទី ០៤-ធ្នូ-២០១៧ ។ ជាមួយស្ថាប័នទាំងនោះ លោក អ៊ូច វុធ្ធី តែងតែអនុវត្តការងារជំនាញបានល្អប្រសើរស្របតាមលក្ខណ្ឌការងាររបស់ពួកគេ ជាពិសេស ការពិគ្រោះយោបល់ និងបច្ចេកទេសការពារ ។ ជាឧទាហរណ៍៖ ក្នុងនាមជាមន្ត្រីរាជការនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ត្រូវបានថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃក្រសួងនេះ និងក្រសួងដ៏ទៃទៀតចាត់ជាតំណាង និងអញ្ជើញឲ្យចូលរួមពិភាក្សា និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយពី ច្បាប់និងវិធីសាស្ត្រដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្មអស់រយៈពេលជាង ១០ ឆ្នាំ ។ ឧទាហរណ៍១ទៀត៖ ពេលស្នើសុំចូលប្រកបវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី លោកត្រូវបានគណៈមេធាវីបដិសេធនៅឆ្នាំ២០១៤ តែដោយការជឿជាក់លើសមត្ថភាពរបស់ខ្លួន លោក វុធ្ធី បានសម្រេចធ្វើការប្តឹងតវ៉ាតាមនីតិវិធីច្បាប់រហូតដល់ទទួលបានការយល់ព្រមពីគណៈមេធាវីវិញនាថ្ងៃទី២៥-សីហា-២០១៥ ។

A.PROFESSIONAL PROFESSION: Attorney OUCH Vutthy as a Practicing Lawyer Member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia holds his IDNo.: 1197. He is a founder and CEO of OVT LION LAW OFFICE “OVT LAW” and is also an expert who practices and assures all services of OVT LAW. Due to the Attorney OUCH Vutthy having other profession as a Commercial Arbitrator, in the first list of Cambodia, registering with National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) since 2012 with his IDNo.: 013, he decided following his dream to determine OVT Law’s core services as Professional in ADR & Litigation. OVT Law-Professional in ADR & Litigation providing its core service as 1) Dispute Resolution Negotiation, 2) Civil, Commercial & Criminal Litigation for all courts of Cambodia, 3) Civil & Commercial Mediation and 4) Commercial Arbitration, will be working as a Specializer & Professional for some dispute matters determined with its commitment to practice until the year 2060.

B.PROFESSIONAL TRAINING: Attorney OUCH Vutthy has been specially trained on Law, Commercial Law, ADR and Commercial Dispute Resolution techniques with National & International experts since 1993.

C.PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE: Attorney OUCH Vutthy has experienced his work with both Public and Private Sectors since 1996 with various positions such as a Legal Advisor, Legal Research Officer, Legal & Commercial Dispute Settlement Official, Lecturer of Law and Commercial Dispute Resolution, Legal Expert, Mediator, Commercial Arbitrator, Core Trainer, Committee for Education & Training, Training Consultant, Head of Case Management, Lawyer Trainee, and the Practicing Lawyer on December 4th, 2017. With those institutions, Mr OUCH Vutthy has always performed well with their requirements, especially concerning to a Legal Consultation and Defending Work. For example: as a Government Official who worked at the Ministry of Commerce was being nominated by its leaders or invited from other organizations as a representative or guest speaker to debate and disseminate about Commercial Laws and Commercial Dispute Resolution mechanism more than 10 years. Another example is as in a case for applying to be a lawyer. In the first time, the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia unadmitted on the year 2014. However, by confident on his capacity, Mr Vutthy submitted a complaint for the Bar’s decision​ to the Appeal Court in Phnom Penh, and He won. Then, the Bar secondly changed their decision by admission him to be a qualified Lawyer on a date of August 25th, 2015.
