ជាដំបូង អតិថិជនត្រូវដាក់រឿងក្តីឲ្យអូវីធី ច្បាប់ ពិនិត្យ ដោយព្រមបង់ប្រាក់កម្រៃចំនួន US$ 250 ។ បន្ទាប់មកប្រធានប្រតិបត្តិ នៃអូវីធី ច្បាប់ នឹងពិនិត្យរឿងក្តីនោះជាមួយពាក្យសុំរបស់អតិថិជន ហើយសម្រេចនិងផ្តល់យោបល់ជូនអតិថិជនវិញក្នុងរយៈពេល១ថ្ងៃ ។ ករណីអូវីធី ច្បាប់ សម្រេចទទួលរឿងក្តី អតិថិជនត្រូវបង់ប្រាក់និងចុះកិច្ចសន្យាក្នុងរយៈពេល៣ថ្ងៃ។
របៀបនៃការបង់ប្រាក់អាច៖
- បង់ផ្ទាល់នៅកន្លែង អូវីធី ច្បាប់ ឬ
- បញ្ចូលទៅក្នុងគណនីធនាគារណាមួយដូចមានបញ្ជាក់នៅលើទំព័រដើម។
របៀបចំណាយសេវាកម្មរបស់អតិថិជនមាន២យ៉ាងគឺ៖
- ចំណាយជាកញ្ចប់តាមការគណនាដូចតារាងខាងក្រោម
- ឬចំណាយគិតជាប្រាក់ម៉ោងការងារ ដោយរួមមានការចំណាយផ្សេងៗជាមួយរួចហើយ លើកលែងតែការចំណាយបេសកកម្មដែលអតិថិជននៅតែបង់ ប្រសិនបើមាន ។ ប្រាក់ម៉ោងៈ US$ 250 ក្នុង១ម៉ោង ។
សំរាប់ការតែងតាំងមជ្ឈត្តករ ឬសន្ធានការី ឬមេធាវីម្នាក់ តម្លៃ US$ 300 (ប្រាក់តែងតាំងមិនអាចដកយកទៅវិញទេ) ។
ការស្នេីសុំឲ្យបំរេីការងារខុសពីម៉ោងធម្មតា ឬ នៅថ្ងៃឈប់សំរាក ដូចជាថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ឬថ្ងៃបុណ្យនានា អតិថិជនត្រូវបង់ប្រាក់$៥០០/១ថ្ងៃ ៕
Firstly, an Applicant shall submit a Case File with his/her Application to OVT LAW with a fee as US$ 250 (Non-refundable). Secondly, CEO of OVT LAW will review those, decide and advise in a day. Lastly, in case, OVT LAW accepts that case to hold, the applicant will be required to pay the Cost and sign the Service Contract within 3 days.

- By inserted into a bank account mentioned on this Home page.
For the service fee payment, there are two ways below:
- With a lump sum, the applicant shall see above table and method for the fee calculation.
- For an hour payment, the services will be counted US$ 250 per hour. This fee has been included the administrative costs.
The nomination of an Arbitrator or Mediator or Attorney will be required to pay US$ 300 for a time. (This fee is non-refundable).
For offering to do on an overtime or on Sunday or holiday, client is required to pay as $500/day.
