បន្ទាប់ពីសម្រេចថាមានទោស ជាមួយការព្យួរសាកល្បង៥ឆ្នាំ សវនាការ«ផ្តល់ឯកសារដោយទុច្ចរិត» Hearing on Accused of “Fraudulent Delivery of Documents”, Criminal Cases at Kampot Court. ដោយសាលាដំបូងខេត្តកំពត ពិរុទ្ធជនមិនសុខចិត្ត ហើយបានសម្រេចធ្វើការប្តឹងនឹងសេចក្តីសម្រេនោះនាថ្ងៃទី៩-តុលា-២០២៥ ។ ថ្ងៃនេះទី២៥-មិនា-២០២៦ សាលាឧទ្ធរណ៍ព្រះសីហនុបានបើកសវនាការជំនុំជម្រះក្តីនោះ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីលោកមេធាវី អ៊ូច វុធ្ធី ប្រធានប្រតិបត្តិ និងស្ថាបនិក នៃអូវីធី ច្បាប់ ជាមេធាវីការពារសិទ្ធិឲ្យជនជាប់ចោទនោះ ។

នេះគឺជាលើកទី២ហើយដែលតំណាងមហាអយ្យការនៃសាលាឧទ្ធរណ៍ព្រះសីហនុ បានឯកភាពជាមួយនឹងការលើកឡើងរបស់មេធាវីការពារជនជាប់ចោទថា«គ្មានធាតុផ្សំនៃបទល្មើស» និងក៏សូមអរគុណយ៉ាងច្រើនដល់តុលាការនេះដែលបានចំណាយពេលសវនាការរហូតដល់ម៉ោងជា២រសៀល ដែលស៊ូទ្រាំហួសពេលអាហារថ្ងៃត្រង់ រហូតដល់អាចបញ្ចប់សវនាការរួចរាល់ ។ រីឯមេធាវី និងកូនក្តី ក៏បានធ្វើដំណើរត្រលប់មកកំពតវិញ រហូតដល់ម៉ោងជាង ៣រសៀល ទើបអាចបានទទួលទានអាហារថ្ងៃត្រង់នៅវាលរេញ ។

សាលដីកានៃតុលាការនេះនឹងត្រូវប្រកាសនៅថ្ងៃទី២៣-មេសា-២០២៦ ខាងមុខ ។

After decided as Guilty with suspended for 5 yrs by the Kampot First Instance Court, the accused disagreed with and appealled to Preah Sihanouk Appeal Court on a date of October 9th, 2025. Today, March 25th, 2026, the Appeal Court is trialling that case by participating from Attorney OUCH Vutthy, CEO & Founder of OVT Law as the Defendant Attorney.

This is the second case that a Prosecutor of the General Prosecutive Office at Preah Sihanouk Appeal Court has agreed with the Defendant Attorney for “there is no evident for Fraudulent Delivery of Documents.” and thank you the court so much for doing so hard to extent the court process near 3 pm until fully finished.

Judgment of this court will be announced on a date of April 23, 2026 soon.
