មួយប៉ប្រិចភ្នែកមានរយៈពេល ៩ ឆ្នាំ http://www.ovtlaw.com/me/licence/ ដែលក្នុងនាមជាមជ្ឈត្តករអាជីព បានចុះបញ្ជីជាសមាជិក នៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.)។ សមាជិកដំបូងនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលនេះនៅថ្ងៃទី១៥-វិច្ឆិកា-២០១២ គ្រប់គ្រងដោយក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ។ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានផ្ទេរមកឲ្យមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិបន្ទាប់ពីរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសបានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិរបស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលនៅឆ្នាំ២០១៣ ។ ជាចុងក្រោយ នៅថ្ងៃទី ១១-កក្កដា-២០១៤ មហាសន្និបាតលើកដំបូងរបស់ម.ជ.ម.បានចាប់ផ្តើមឡើងនៅសណ្ធាគារឡឺរ៉ូយ៉ាល់ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ហើយបានធ្វើការអនុម័តលើបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្ត និងលក្ខខណ្ឌនានាសំរាប់ដំណើរការមជ្ឈត្តការពាណិជ្ជកម្ម នៅកម្ពុជា ដូចជា វិធានមជ្ឈត្តការ បទបញ្ជាផ្ទៃក្នុង ប្រាក់វិភាគទានប្រចាំឆ្នាំំរបស់សមាជិកម.ជ.ម. ជាដើម ។ល។ At the moment it takes 9 years as a Professional Commercial Arbitrator and Fellow of National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), Cambodia. The first fellow of this centre was on November 15th, 2012 governed by Ministry of Commerce, and this ministry were transferring their powers to the centre after already elected the Executive Board for the centre on 2013. Lastly, on July 11, 2014, the first General Assembly of NCAC was conducted at Le Royal Hotel, Phnom Penh and could be adopted Arbitration Rules, Internal Rules and other regulations and conditions such as NCAC’s member fees, so on.

មជ្ឈត្តករដំបូង ៤៣ នាក់នេះ បានក្លាយជាសមាជិកនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មមុនគេនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ពីព្រោះពួកគេទើបតែត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសដោយគណៈកម្មការចម្រុះរវាងផ្នែកសាធារណៈ និងផ្នែកឯកជន បានចូលរួមទទួលការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលពីស្ថាប័នជំនាញមជ្ឈត្តការអន្តរជាតិ និងប្រលងជាប់ និងបានចុះបញ្ជីជាលើកទី១ ជាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រនៅកម្ពុជា ។ លើសពីនេះ ក្រុមមជ្ឈត្តករដំបូងនេះ ចាប់ផ្តើមរៀបំចំបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសតាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំរបស់ខ្លួន ដែលមានប្រធាន ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិ និងរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធុឯទៀតឲ្យស្របតាមអនុក្រឹត្យ និងច្បាប់ស្តីពីមជ្ឈត្តការពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ ពួកគេក៏បានរៀបចំនូវវិធានមជ្ឈត្តការ សំរាប់ទទួលដោះស្រាយរឿងក្តីពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បទបញ្ជាផ្ទៃក្នុង និងក្រមសីលធម៌របស់មជ្ឈត្តករ ជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ។ ហេតុនេះ ក្រុមមជ្ឈត្តករដំបូង ក៏ត្រូវបានគេហៅផងដែរថា សមាជិកស្ថាបនិក របស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) ។ The first Commercial Arbitrators existing 43 people became as a Fellow of National Commercial Arbitration Centre firstly in Cambodia because they had just been selected by the Selecting and Preparing Commission membered from public and private sector, had joined the professional training from the international arbitration institutes, SIAC & SIArb and passed the examinations and finally registered with NCAC firstly fellow as an historic in Cambodia. Additionally, these arbitrators group started to prepare an election for their leaders such as a President, Executive Board and other structures compliance with the sub-degree and law on commercial arbitration. Moreover, they were required to prepare the Arbitration Rules for resolving the commercial disputes, Internal Regulation and Moral Code for Arbitrators. Therefore, they are also called as an Establisher Member of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC).
